To Add a Person to an Organization
- Open the organization you want to add a person to in the Content pane.
- Expand the Members topic.

Do one of the following:
If you know the code of the person you want to add, click in the Code field of the next available row and enter the person code, then press the <Tab> key to validate the person.
or
Click the Query Persons link. This opens the Search tab, preset to search for people. Run a search for people, then drag the person(s) you want from the search results list into the Members topic.
- (Optional) For each person you add, click in the Role field and enter the person’s role for this particular organization.
- Turn on Contact for the person who is the contact person for the organization.
- Click the Save icon at the end of each row to save persons individually, or click the Save icon in the main toolbar to save all your changes at once.
